I provide counselling and art therapy services in person in Vernon, British Columbia as well as online or by phone. You can expect validation, support, and the space to bring your whole self.
Ensuring that a counsellor is the right fit for you is essential. I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we will get to know each other a bit so you can be confident moving forward in our work together.

First Few Sessions
For our first few sessions, I will spend time getting to know your history, current challenges, and goals for counselling. We will work together to make a plan for treatment that fits your unique needs.

Ongoing
My intention is to help you address the root of your issues. I will facilitate this by guiding you into healing experiences that create lasting change using parts work, body-based approaches, EMDR and more.
Your session is reserved especially for you. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, to avoid being charged for the session. If you are unable to make an in-person session, I can offer a virtual or phone appointment as needed.
Insurance
I will provide you will a receipt which you can provide to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Most insurance plans cover a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
Please check your plan coverage to ensure you will be covered.
