Parts work (commonly known as Internal Family Systems/IFS or ego states), considers that we have many parts to us - and that our anxious part exists for a reason, and may need some space to be heard and better understood. This approach can foster self-understanding and compassion.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is magic. Learning to pay attention in a purposeful and non-judgemental way to our inner experience can help us create a space to turn towards our anxiety rather than running away from it. I will guide you through experiences that can help you harness the magic of mindfulness.

Trauma Informed

Anxiety is a common symptom of trauma. Many of us have been through difficult experiences in life, and it can be important to understand how anxiety may have been a valid response to an abnormal situation. Let's get to the root cause so you can experience lasting relief.

Somatics

With the sweaty palms, racing heartbeat, and churning gut - anxiety is a deeply physical experience. Let's address the physical responses by tapping into the wisdom of the nervous system. I will teach you skills that will help you harness your body's relaxation response.
